The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Fairbank Village BIA is a yearly meeting that takes place near the end of the year for all members of the BIA. The purpose of the AGM is to decide on the BIA's program and budget for the following year. This program is paid for by a special levy charged to you as well as other commercial and industrial property owners, and non-residential tenants of such properties. As a member of the BIA, the best way to participate in the decisions your BIA is making on your behalf is to get involved.
For members of the BIA, you are automatically invited to the Fairbank Village BIA AGM. You should receive notices from the City of Toronto BIA office, as well as the Fairbank Village BIA office about the AGM. Please contact the BIA office if you have not received your invitation.

Please Note: Registration is required to attend the AGM. The deadline to register is Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. Proof of BIA membership is required at this in-person meeting to be able to vote once on tabled items.
